R66T ACADEMY E-LEARNING

I liked the way the course didn’t limit your answers to what was presented. We all coach differently and how we adapt that knowledge to the level of player we are working with is important. Coaching has to be adaptable and the way it was done 20 years ago is not the same as it is today. Loved the way it made you as a coach reflect on how you do things and that is the key to improving. Some golden nuggets in amongst the content. 

I really enjoyed doing the Diploma course. The course had excellent content and was well presented. A good mix of multiple-choice questions and answers plus some more in-depth written answers. The course was very good at leading the student in the right direction plus the requirement to carry out some own research to arrive at answers. I cannot find fault with the course. 

The course is certainly easy to follow and technically the platform worked well and was easy to navigate. The S+C modules and batting modules were the best and contained the most in-depth explanations and content. Overall though it’s a good introduction to coaching cricket.I would be interested in taking this to the next level and exploring your master and elite courses. 

Firstly, I would like to thank The R66T Academy and its team for putting together an excellent training program online. Not only were the sessions incredibly informative but also the visuals that followed were also very interesting. What I enjoyed most was the on field videos and evidence based information which made the whole learning process much more fun.The program essentially was a mix bag – traditional stuff with current updates and practice. It was really great to have some new ideas that could be put to practice right away. I must confess I started being sceptical with the intention of going through the course material quickly, but then I admit that learning is an ongoing and very essential process to keep up with the pace of development within and related to Cricket. 

Really loved the fact that this course offered me an opportunity to realise, explore, and apply different ways. The course has introduced me to various tools that are very useful to my cricket coaching career. This course enabled me to teach one thing in different ways and this creates ample opportunity for young talent. 

I am writing this to you to let you know that I thoroughly enjoyed the course. I am sure there have been a lot of effort put together by R66T’s team to design the content and offer the learning across the globe.About Me: I have been playing competitive cricket for almost 25+ years. Highly passionate about Cricket Coaching, I coach Junior, Youth and Elite groups of different representation (Grass-root level to State Associations). The Course:1) The content in this course has added a great value to my proficiency - both as a Player and Coach.2) Skill Acquisition is the highlight of the course (my favorite), it was top-notch. I felt this module tuned me further in terms of Player Developing.3) This course has certainly enhanced my knowledge towards the Fundamentals, Technical, and Tactical aspects of the Game. 

Having done the ECB level 2 coaching course already, I feel this course way exceeds that in terms of preparing coaches to coach a wide variety of players with differing abilities.

It's been a pleasure getting knowledge of this course from the R66T Academy platform. I have taken complete information about skills and how to deliver it to other players. This will definitely help me in playing too. Looking forward to continuing in the future. 

Throughout this course I have learned many more new things about being a fielding coach. Starting from core basic fielding techniques, how to use different player focused coaching strategies with the available tools and resources. Skill acquisition theories in relation to coaching fielding and its practical implementation. Last but not least I believe I have learned how to maximise the potential of each individual and how to teach a player as per his individual ability. 

I really enjoyed the different elements of the course and the fact that it could have all been done online so that I could have done it on my own time. I would highly recommend it for any coaches or aspiring coaches as the various courses covered a lot of quality material. I was really impressed with the depth each one went into and the exams were good in that it helped reflect on what you learnt in the course. 

I am extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to complete Diploma In Sports Coaching Through Root Academy and highly recommend it to anyone who is wanting to grow as a coach. I really enjoyed the topics and improved my knowledge related to Batting, Bowling, Fielding, Wicketkeeping, Strength Conditioning. The way topics are presented from the drills is comprehensive and easy to follow. 

The R66T Academy Course was a completely different one from all other Coaching courses that I had attended. The Coaching material, the videos were sublime. The best part is that the assessments had questions that really made me think, plan, and evolve as a Coach. After having completed the course, I am now having a fairly clear picture of where I stand and what I need to improve as a Coach. I strongly recommend this course to all cricket coaches- "this course is special". 

The entire course was excellent and it was had a lot of knowledge sharing. It did change my entire coaching perspective. I would definitely recommend this course for the people around my circle.

This would take me to the next level of coaching. My kids are really proud of me for completing the course. I would like to thank Root Academy for conducting such a brilliant and effective Diploma program in Cricket which included modules like Batting, bowling, Fielding, strength & conditioning etc.I particularly liked the visual illustration, which made the content easily Understandable. Now I can proudly say I am a Certified Cricket Coach from R66T Academy with a Masters degree in Physical Education. 

I also wanted to say a massive thank you for your support throughout the course!I found the course interesting and highly informative and have been able to implement learning already in the coaching I have been doing at Winterton Cricket Club.
