The system says I need to verify my account, what does this mean?

You must provide a valid copy of your ID and proof of address in order for you to receive your certificate from QUALIFI. You can submit these documents in your User Profile after you’ve created an account and you’re logged in. Once the documents have been uploaded a member of the team will review and verify the documents. If you have not uploaded the correct documents, a member of the team will be in touch with you to support you with uploading the correct documents to verify your account.
